The Role
This is not a typical retail job folding t-shirts. This is a career launchpad. We are looking for individuals ready to blend consultative sales with personal branding. You don't need 10 years of experience; you need energy, empathy, and an eye for style.
What you will do:
- Style the Bride: Lead 90-minute, high-energy appointments, guiding brides through our curated inventory to find "The One."
- Build Your Brand: Use your shift to create content for the store and your own professional portfolio (Reels/TikToks/Stories).
- Manage the Pipeline: Use our CRM to follow up with leads, manage your DMs, and turn "maybes" into "yeses."
- Celebration Expert: You are the hype person. You manage the entourage (mom, sisters, friends) and pop the champagne when she says Yes.
